University of Massachusetts Amherst
Hi! I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Resource Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
I am currently on the job market.
As an Applied Microeconomist, I have keen interest in identifying behavioral mechanisms that underlie human decision-making, particularly in the context of inequality and distributional issues.
My current research lies at the intersection of Behavioral, Public and Experimental Economics where I explore diverse topics related to inequality and redistribution (my job market paper) and disparities in educational opportunities (work in progress).

In addition to my research work, I have extensive experience in teaching various core and elective courses in economics at the undergraduate level as an Instructor, Teaching Assistant and Guest Lecturer. I am a recipient of the Vijay Bhagavan Teaching Assistant of Distinction award in 2023. Click here to know more about my teaching experience.
